- Conduct product & market research, including collecting and analyzing data and information related to markets, products, consumer insight, and trends.
- Work closely with Product Innovation Team to gain insights regarding NPD, NPL, and Existing Products.
- Assist Product Innovation Team to conduct necessary insights through surveys, FGDs or IDIs.
- Assist Product Innovation Team to create interesting and creative Product Knowledge Materials.
- Assist Product Innovation Team in preparing product concepts or ideas for new product development, both for upcoming and existing products, based on market demand.

REQUIREMENTS
- Last year student or fresh graduate from any majors
- Familiar with marketing & trend research, able to collect and processing necessary data.
- Have great interest in beauty products & beauty industry in general; update with the latest beauty & skincare trends.
- Social media savvy and have great interest in beauty on digital platform.

- Able to work as a team member as well as individual basis.

- Having a strong analytical thinking and a good communication skill and fluent in English, both written and spoken
