- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, administering psychometric tests, conducting interviews, and providing skills assessments.
- Utilize various channels and platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Identifying user-desired candidate personas and profiles
- Designing periodic content plans for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
- Creating engaging and interactive Employer Branding content on social media.
- Maintaining active communication with followers on social media platforms.
- Conducting research and evaluating social media content to gain insights for designing subsequent content plans.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Min. 1 year experience in recruitment & employer branding
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proficiency in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
